The Saronic Gulf, sometimes called also the Gulf of Salamis near Attica. The Gulf is located near Attica in Greece. It is part of the Aegean Sea and is to the west of the Isthmus of Corinth. The islands in the center of the gulf are Aegina, Salamis and Poros, to which are added smaller islands like Patroklou and Hydra. The navy does not have a tourist attraction but has the advantage of being close to the Saronic Gulf or the Cyclades.
